| Click Speed Festival
| |
Europe has long been a home to advanced motor sports where competitors have been able to enjoy one-make racing and compete for the recognition of their driving capabilities on an equal footing. This tradition has served as the breeding ground of such top-notch competitors as F1 drivers.
In Korea, several individuals and groups have unsuccessfully attempted to introduce one-make racing, largely due to such problems as the exorbitant cost to individual participants. Click Speed Festival is sponsored by world-leading companies like Hyundai Motor Company and Castrol so that drivers can participate without undue financial burdens, thus enhancing awareness that car racing is affordable and can be enjoyed by all who are interested.

GUIDE TO CLICK SPEED FESTIVAL 2004
| |
 |
Click Speed Festival, Korea's first-ever general car race, which was first held in 2003 under the sponsorship of Hyundai Motor Company, will be held again this year from March 21 to November 14 featuring diverse and up-graded events.
Last year, Click Speed Festival was launched with the expectations that it would create an advanced automobile and a new leisure culture. The festival included a total of 7 events at Yongin Everland Speedway from April to November. The festival's heated races drew enormous interest and enthusiasm from both motor sports fanatics and the general public.
Previously, all events were held at Yongin Everland Speedway, a metropolitan location, despite the existence of several relatively new, well-equipped provincial circuits. In contrast, the 2004 Click Speed Festival will hold two events (May and September) at Taebaik Circuit in Gangwon Province.
